What makes Noemus silk different from other silks?
We use premium-grade mulberry silk with carefully selected density, weave, and finishing to ensure durability, smoothness, and long-term performance.
What does “momme” measure in silk?
Momme refers to the weight and density of silk. A higher momme indicates a richer texture, better drape, and increased durability.
Why is mulberry silk considered the highest grade?
Mulberry silk fibers are longer and more uniform, resulting in a softer, more refined, and longer-lasting fabric.
What does OEKO-TEX® certification mean?
OEKO-TEX® certification ensures the fabric is free from harmful substances.
Are the dyes used in Noemus products safe?
Yes. All dyes meet OEKO-TEX® safety standards and are certified free from harmful substances.
Shipping & Returns
What is your return period?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
What conditions must be met to return an item?
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Can I return silk items that touch the skin?
Due to hygiene and health regulations, items such as sleep masks, scrunchies, and pillowcases cannot be returned once opened, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at hello@noemus.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason, and photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
Who covers return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, Noemus covers the return shipping.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
