Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your experience with Noemus. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make the return process simple and transparent.

1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, in accordance with European Union consumer law.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it,

  • unworn, unused and unwashed,

  • with all original tags attached,

  • in its original packaging,

  • and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Hygiene & Health Protection Exceptions

Due to EU hygiene and health protection regulations, certain products cannot be returned once opened, unless the item is defective.

This applies to items designed to come into direct contact with the skin, such as:

  • sleep masks,

  • scrunchies,

  • pillowcases or other textile items used on the face or hair.

If the hygiene seal or protective packaging has been broken, we are unable to accept the return unless the product arrived damaged or faulty.

4. Non-returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Gift cards,

  • Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase,

  • Personalised or custom items,

  • Used items or items not returned in their original condition.

Note: Discounted items are returnable unless otherwise stated, in accordance with EU consumer law.

5. How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at hello@noemus.com.

Please include:

  • your order number,

  • the item you wish to return,

  • the reason for the return,

  • and photos if the item is defective or incorrect.

Once your request is reviewed and accepted, we will send you:

  • a return shipping label,

  • and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important:
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are:

At the customer’s expense, limited to the standard return shipping rate.

This means additional services such as express, tracked, insured, or premium return shipping options are not covered by Noemus unless legally required.

If the item arrived damaged or faulty, we will cover all return shipping costs.

7. Damages, Issues & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us at hello@noemus.com if:

  • your item is defective,

  • damaged,

  • or you received the wrong product.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

8. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have.
Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.

9. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must meet the same condition requirements described above.

10. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If approved:

  • your refund will be issued to your original payment method,

  • within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
